This will only work for shortcuts
located on your desktop.
1.First u need to create an actual desktop shortcut.
2.Right click on the application and select "Create Shortcut" from
the context menu.
3.Now right click the shortcut and select "Properties"
You ll see a line that says “Shortcut Key:<none>”.
4.Click that line and then click a letter on our keyboard, For example I.
A shortcut will be created, in this example [Ctrl] + [alt] + [I]..
That's it !
